We are counting down the days before our cruise leaves San Francisco for Fort Lauderdale, Florida via the Panama Canal. OK, probably many of you had taken cruises, but this is my first official cruise. I have been on a freighter across the Atlantic (one whole month!) to the Middle East as a child, and on a freighter with 10 passengers, of whicn our family was 6 of the 10, from Sweden several years later. That is the long and short of my "cruising" experience. I have been told many times over that I will LOVE it so I am really looking forward to this trip. My goal is to draw, pen and ink, or paint daily, for the 15 days onboard. So look for something new everyday and hope to hear from you as well.
